About the role
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being the steady, reliable force that keeps things running smoothly, for our customers, our office, and our team. In this role, you’ll combine customer support, practical office management, and everyday administrative coordination. It’s a varied, hands-on job where you’ll be involved in important things that make the whole organisation function well.
What you’ll do
Supporting our customers
A key part of this role is supporting our customers and helping them have a great experience with Braive. You’ll handle incoming questions, provide effective solutions, and collect insights that can improve the customer experience, all with empathy and friendliness.
Creating a great workplace experience
You’ll help make Braive a place where people feel welcomed and supported. That means keeping the office organised and inviting, planning small team moments like AWs, and coordinating practical things like supplies and landlord communication. You’ll also make onboarding smooth by preparing equipment and access, setting up workspaces, and making sure new colleagues feel taken care of from day one.
Helping the team run smoothly
You’ll support the organisation with light administrative tasks, such as preparing agreements for signing, managing the shared inbox, keeping templates and materials organised, and helping polish presentations or internal documents.

You’re the kind of person who brings positive energy into a room. Service-minded, organised, and genuinely helpful, you enjoy making things smoother for others and finding good solutions when something needs to get done.
Comfortable juggling different types of tasks
Enjoy solving practical problems and helping others
A clear communicator in Swedish and English
Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
Experience from customer support, coordination, office management, or admin roles is a plus, but your positive mindset and ability to stay organised matter most.
